The Nebraska Bicycling Alliance welcomes you to the 2nd Annual Nebraska Bike/Walk Summit!

Join us in Omaha’s bike friendly Aksarben Village for a chance to get information and inspiration and to network with others who share our vision of making Nebraska more bike/walk friendly.

How can we move past the frustration and get results? Join us for a full day of hands on training with MaryLee Brock from the Creighton University Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program.

GPTN Benefit Show w/ Flint Eastwood

Please join us for a great night of music and fun as we raise money to build the Rock Island to Jamaica North trail connector bridge.

The headliner for the night is Flint Eastwood. They are an indie rock/pop act from Detroit. They will take the stage late, close to 11 pm. Flint Eastwood plays festivals and smaller well known clubs.

Prior to the Flint Eastwood show there will be a folk/roots/Americana set featuring Gerardo Meza and The Wildwoods starting at 6 p.m. DJ Spencer Munson will keep the crowd entertained up until Flint Eastwood takes the stage, and Darkwood will keep you going until 2.

Thanks to the generosity of the Lee & Debbie Stuart Family Foundation all dollars raised at this event will be matched up to $10,000. Please join us by purchasing a ticket or making a donation. BBC Ride of Silence 2018

The mission of the world wide Ride of Silence is to honor bicyclists killed by motorists, promote sharing the road, and provide awareness of bicycling safety. Our ride is a police motorcycle escorted ride. The Bellevue Police Department utilizes this opportunity to train their motorcade escort team.

The ride is 10-12 mph and is a 10 mile loop on roads. Please arrive early so that you can line up and are prepared to depart promptly at 7pm. Parking is available at the trailhead and at the nearby movie theatre or ride to the ride via trails to the Culver's trailhead at Raynor Parkway. Please wear a helmet.
