Join us for a weekly spin and cycling specific training. Bring your bike, we provide the trainer. Classes will consist of 45 min - 1 hour on the bike and 20-30 minutes of core strength/mobility training led by Jon De Haan, our sales associate and personal trainer. Classes are $10 per week. We hope to see you there!
