Team Nebraska Triathlon (TNT) will once again be offering a 12-week structured indoor cycling training program.

The 12-week progressive training plan is designed to increase your baseline fitness level for the 2018 racing season. This is for those riders who are looking to get stronger and build a solid base without spending hours in the saddle. Each session is structured with a warm-up and cool-down, drills (single leg pedaling), cadence, hills, and speed work. It is aimed more at the Olympic and Half-Ironman distance athlete. The program is accommodating to newer athletes and those who want to dig deeper will be provided with that challenge.
